Silver&Fit is a fitness program designed specificaIly to help seniors achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver&Fit provides eligible members with no-cost fitness memberships and senior-oriented group exercise classes, through arrangements with certain health plans. DAYCARE 8AM-10AM
We have Daycare on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00am to 10:00am. There is a minimal charge per child. Maybe you need to get your workout in and then run a quick errand! We can help!
