We have Daycare on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00am to 10:00am. There is a minimal charge per child. Maybe you need to get your workout in and then run a quick errand! We can help!

Pilates on Tuesday evening will be switching with Thursday Boot Camp/Turbo Kick. Yes Thursday Class is back by popular demand!!! It’s just been moved to Tuesday! Line Dancing will be off through August will “Kick” back up in September!!!
