-Try these 2 Arm Circuits to really target the Biceps and Triceps:
Biceps Rep

Barbell Curl 8 Reps
Concentration Curl 8 Reps
Preacher Curl 8 Reps

-Perform all 3 exercises in a row (circuit). Complete 3X’s. Rest 1 minute after each circuit.
Triceps

Skull Crusher 8 Reps
Dumbbell Kickbacks 8 Reps
Close Grip Extension 8 Reps
