The Powerhouse Gym of Gaylord is now offering Silver&Fit classes!
Silver&Fit is a fitness program designed specificaIly to help seniors achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver&Fit provides eligible members with no-cost fitness memberships and senior-oriented group exercise classes, through arrangements with certain health plans. Silver&Fit is a product of Healthyroads, Inc., and American Specially Health Networks, Inc.
